- Yes. There's no account, no email capture, and no watermark on the PDF. The tool runs entirely in your browser.
- What's the difference between this and the invoice generator?
- A quote is what you send before work starts, to agree on pricing and scope -- it has a validity date instead of a payment due date. Once the client accepts and you're ready to bill, use the Invoice Generator for the actual invoice.
- Can I send a quote in my client's language?
- Yes. Pick a language from the "Quote language" dropdown and every field name (Quote, Date, Total, etc.) switches automatically. Every field is also editable, so if a translation doesn't match your industry or region's convention, you can adjust it before downloading.
